Refund policy

We do not currently offer any returns or refunds unless your items arrive damaged. If any items do arrive damaged you will have seven days from the date of delivery to report the issue to help@handmadekittyco.com.

Note, all sales are final. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct and can receive packages. HandMadeKittyCo is not responsible for any accidental or unapproved orders that you place. There will be no refunds for any address errors.

Important notes for any exchanges

  • To qualify for a damaged item exchange you must send photo or video proof to help@handmadekittyco.com. No returns or exchanges will be processed without completing this step.
  • For all exchanges please allow 5-10 business days to process.
  • Some items are one of a kind and will have to be replaced with a similar item of the same category.

A Quick Note About Sizing:

All of our items are handmade and sizes are approximate. For bracelets, please measure your wrist carefully to ensure a fit you'll be happy with. We also suggest checking the dimensions of the keychains and bag charms to ensure they fit or are placed the way you want. We do not  accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or if you change your mind. Thank you for your understanding! :)
