Shipping policy

Small orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Larger orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 

We are a small shop so please allow extra time during holidays and busy seasons. We appreciate your patience! 

Free Shipping on all orders over $75! For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply. 

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your item ships.

If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at help@handmadekittyco.com so that we may investigate and try to resolve the issue.

Delivery delay warning: On occasion, packages may be delayed due to issues with the carrier. Reasons may include incorrect address labels, missed deliveries, or high volume periods. We know how frustrating this can be. We have been there.

If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please allow 1-2 additional business days for delivery before contacting us. We do our best to work with carriers to ensure your precious items arrive to you safely and promptly, however, some delays are not in our control. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this manner.
